What customers say?

“ You can feel the classical British atmosphere with tea, sandwiches or sweets and old furniture. In some cases, the staff are not nice because they are probably busy or non educated as professional servers. Though I was disappointed with them, I still love SARAH because there are good cakes and pretty nice cups and plates. You might have lovely time there. ”

“ I often go here for breakfast or tea time. The portions are so generous you'll wonder, "Morning?!" It almost feels like a hotel breakfast! The interior has an authentic British feel, with floors and tables that exude the warmth of deep wood. The interior is also decorated with tea pottery and delightful Yorkshire teapots, which are a joy to look at. The menu includes salad, main plate, cinnamon toast, cornflakes, orange juice, tea... and so much more than you can fit on the table for two people! Yes, the table is small. And the cinnamon toast comes with lemon slices, and they even have a lemon squeezer, which is a nice touch. The lemon really makes the cinnamon toast taste even better. The cakes and lunch are both delicious! ^ ^ However, the underground parking fee must be over 3,000 yen to receive a discount, which is disappointing for me, who travels by car... It's 200 yen for 300 minutes, so that adds up to about 800 yen in parking fees. That's the only disappointing thing... Opening hours and closing days are random, so be sure to check their Instagram!!! ”

“ It's been a while since my last Takarazuka performance, and I went to Sarah. It's been a few years since I last visited, since my favorite actress retired, but the exterior and interior are as beautiful as ever, and the royal milk tea was absolutely delicious. I ordered the cream tea set, which features a plain scone and a seasonal white chocolate lemon scone. I'd seen them on Instagram, so I knew about it before visiting, but I was a little disappointed that they didn't have clotted cream. I prefer my scones a little warmer. They update their Instagram with irregular opening times, so it's a good idea to check before you go. My companion ordered the lasagna set for lunch. We both ended up full. When we entered at 11:00, there were already a few seats available, and by the time we left at 12:00, there was a waiting list of more than five groups. Even if you're going to see a show that starts at 3:30 PM, it's best to arrive early. ”

“ The interior of the restaurant is very cute and classic British, and I always feel happy no matter how many times I visit. Everything on the menu is delicious, but the cinnamon toast is especially exquisite and always impresses me! During performance periods, it can get crowded before and after showtimes, so it's best to plan ahead and expect to wait in line. ”

“ [Ordered Menu] Ceylon Tea ¥750 About a two-minute walk from Hankyu Takarazuka Station. Also just a few minutes from JR Takarazuka Station. Located in a corner on the first floor of Solio Takarazuka. The interior is lined with tables, classical wooden furniture, floral-patterned tablecloths, shelves lined with gorgeous tableware, and colorful cakes in the display cases—an elegant space with a distinctly British feel, exuding a truly exotic atmosphere. I usually drink coffee, but on this day I had black tea. ◆Ceylon Tea The teapot was covered with a tea cozy, a thoughtful touch that allowed me to enjoy the tea warm until the very end. The pot held more than two cups. The fragrant tea had little astringency even when drunk straight, and a refreshing, light mouthfeel. Adding milk enhanced the richness and added a unique mellowness. The service was attentive, and I was able to relax and enjoy my time. Thank you for the meal. ”

“ I went there for breakfast on a public holiday! I was a little worried after reading some reviews about the attitude of the staff, but the service was just average and I was relieved. The interior of the restaurant reminded me of Anne of Green Gables' house, and it was a cute and relaxing space! I ordered breakfast for 1,750 yen. It consisted of cornflakes, salad, juice, tea or coffee, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage, which were perfect for a morning meal. I enjoyed it at my leisure! ”

“ I visited around 5pm on a holiday. There were several groups waiting in line after 2pm after the Takarazuka Revue performance, but I was seated immediately around 5pm. I ordered the pumpkin pudding afternoon tea set. You can enjoy afternoon tea for one person for an additional 1700 yen with your choice of cake. The atmosphere inside the shop is stylish, but it can get quite noisy. The gently warm scones and pumpkin pudding were delicious. You can choose from three types of scones and four types of jam. You may have to share a table, but it's not a problem when it's not busy. I would like to visit again at a quieter time. ”

“ This popular tea room is located in front of Hankyu Takarazuka Station. We visited for lunch on a Saturday. While there's usually a line, on this day there was no one there, which was unusual, and we were able to get in right away. I ordered Lunch Plate C (1,300 yen), and my wife ordered the Seafood Gratin Set (1,300 yen). For our set drinks, we both ordered hot royal milk tea. Apparently, this royal milk tea is a favorite of Takarazuka Revue Flower Troupe top star, Sae Nagatsuki. The hash brown on the lunch plate was delicious, so I highly recommend it. After the meal, the royal milk tea, sweetened with plenty of sugar, left me feeling warm and happy in both body and soul. The interior, surrounded by antique goods, had a calming atmosphere. We had a wonderful time. Date of visit: Saturday, December 14, 2024, Lunch ”
